Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, un-downloaded and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns for products that have been downloaded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a reason for return. Please send these details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return application is received and inspected by us, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. We will include our justification for our decision.
This should take no longer than three business days and is normally sent by email.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace products if errors are found, or the product is damaged in some way. We need to be notified within 30 days of purchase for this to be accepted. We have discretion to extend this period if we deem it to be appropriate.
If you have already downloaded the product, we will make the necessary changes to fix the problem (if we deem the reason valid).
