Do we offer a free trial?

We offer demos of our Premium subscription (on request). Our Freemium subscription is free and so is the perfect place to start.

How many users are included in each subscription?

Our Freemium subscriptions are for a single user only, while our Premium subscriptions allows for up to 10 users. If additional users are required, please contact us at info@ecorth.com.

How to purchase a subscription?

You can purchase a Premium subscription by contacting us at info@ecorth.com or by using the form above. We can get you set up and running the same day. We look forward to welcoming you.

Can my subscription be changed?

All Freemium subscriptions can be upgraded at any time. Premium subscriptions can be downgraded after the current term has ended (generally 12 months). Contact us at info@ecorth.com to make some changes.

How does billing work?

Premium subscriptions can be billed on a monthly or annual basis. Invoices are sent to the primary account holder accordingly.

How are our climate risks calculated?

Our full climate scenario and risk metric methodology is available to our users as a PDF in the support tab of the Ecorth App. The methodology explains how we calculate everything and includes multiple examples.

How many equities, assets, and portfolios are covered?

We intend to cover all 50,000+ listed equities, and thousands of portfolios by the end of Q4 2024.

Any equities, assets, or portfolios not yet covered can be requested by our users. All user requests are prioritized.
